The fee for sessions is $140.00 per hour (60 minutes).

ONLINE SESSIONS:  You may pay via e-transfer at jennsmithcounselling@gmail before the session, or by debit/credit card during the session.  E-transfer payment is requested before the session.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS:  Interac e-transfer, debit or credit cards are accepted for in-person sessions.  Payment is due at each session.  My comfortable counselling space includes a private entrance, and a private bathroom.

INSURANCE:

You will receive a receipt that you may use to submit for payment to your insurance company.  I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies.  My fees are considered to be a medical expense for federal tax purposes, so may be claimed on your income tax form.  MSI does not cover the cost of counselling therapists or psychologists.

 

Please note that you must check with your plan administration to ensure that RCT's ( Registered Counselling Therapists or Psychotherapist or Clinical Therapist) are included as service providers in your plan.   As a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), I am currently a registered health care provider with the following insurance companies, as long as an employer or organization has included RCT's as service providers under their particular plan:
